Milpitas, CA – University of Silicon Andhra celebrated India’s Republic Day with music, dance and performances on Jan 26. Performers representing the various regions and languages of India including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and many more showcased the diversity of the subcontinent.

Consul General of India Dr. T.V. Nagendra Prasad and his wife Padmavathi were honored guests. Also in attendance were former California State Assemblymember Kansen Chu and wife Daisy Chu, Milpitas City Councilmember Hon Lien, and Milpitas Unified School District Board Trustee Anu Nakka.
