Walk to End Domestic Violence

The walk is a powerful symbol of our commitment to ending the cycle of violence. As we come together and walk side by side, we send a message of hope and solidarity to those who have been affected by intimate partner violence.

The theme is “Rewrite Your Story” — SAVE’s advocates help thousands of survivors rewrite their stories every year. Will you help us expand our reach to rewrite more stories by inviting your friends and family to walk with us?

It is less than a mile and accessible to anyone who shares our passion for a safer world. Before we embark on our walk, we will have art activities — writing posters for the walk and designing tote bags and purple ribbons for you to take home. For survivors, we’ve created a safe space to share your story with a compassionate community.
