Unwind National Wellness Conference in Fremont

The Heartfulness Institute will be hosting the Unwind Conference, a national wellness event for young adults aged 18-30, taking place from November 8-10, 2024, at 585 Mowry Ave., Fremont CA

Loneliness, stress, anxiety, depression and mental illness have become a common discussion for the youth these days. When experts in different fields come together on a stage and share the secrets to overcome these and inoculate themselves against these challenges, it provides them opportunities to unplug, relax, and focus.It takes a village to raise a child, and now more than ever, our village must come together to support our youth. Heartfulness Institute is providing that opportunity in the city of Fremont.
