On the 30th anniversary of the world’s worst industrial disaster…

Commemorating the 30th anniversary of the worst industrial disaster the world has ever seen, Bay Area Drama Company presents “Bhopal”, a play by Rahul Varma.

The Bhopal gas tragedy claimed over 25,000 lives and affected nearly 500,000 people with neurological and respiratory sickness, birth defects, disability and malformation among children. This intense, poignant play brings to life the human stories within the complex political and economic milieu that created the world’s worst industrial disaster.
