Kavi Yaga is a writer in Hyderabad, India. Her travel memoir, Walking in Clouds: A Journey to Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar was published by HarperCollins India in 2019.
Her collection of short stories will be out in 2023. Her story, ‘You Can Be More’, won second-place (runner-up) in the Calvino Prize for Speculative Fiction, 2021. In previous avatars, she was a software engineer in Chicago and a development economics research scholar from Center for Economic and Social Studies, Hyderabad.
