This month, the American Cricket Foundation (ACF) is celebrating the tenth anniversary of its Cricket Coach Education program in the United States. The program was launched in 2014 to train and certify cricket coaches in the country, and one year later, ACF launched the Level 2 certification program.

To date, the ACF has conducted 86 weekend training camps across the country, training school teachers, PE instructors, and college-level coaches. In 2019, ACF also partnered with Omtex Sports to launch T20-based virtual coaching programs at a global level.

Staying true to its ethos of “for the coaches and by the coaches,” ACF will continue to develop initiatives and programs that simplify cricket coaching in an American context.
