Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI) is conducting a comprehensive free health fair designed to support local families in Santa Clara County. The event on August 2, 2025, will provide essential health services, resources, and cultural celebrations for 300 children and their families at no cost.
Highlights of the event include free health and dental screenings, sports physicals, backpack and school supplies giveaways, and community resource networking. The health fair will feature over 20 local service providers, offering support across health, wellness, and educational domains. Families can also get their blood sugar and blood pressure checked at no cost. There will also be cultural performances staged by performing troupes from the local communities.
NBC Bay Area weather anchor Cinthia Pimentel will host the event and Assemblymember Patrick Ahrens and the nonprofit Amigos de Guadalupe will be recognized for their community leadership.
“This health fair is a reflection of our mission in action—building a healthier, more connected community, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to start the school year healthy, confident, and ready to thrive,” said Sarita Kohli, President and CEO of AACI.
