Santa Clara County’s Senior Nutrition Program needs your input!

If you get meals delivered to you at home, or participate in a county-based meal plan, or even if you care for an aging parent and have ideas about what makes a nutritious meal – especially for our Indian American seniors – this is your chance!

The County’s Senior Nutrition program is hosting a Forum to ask you what you want to eat and how you want it delivered. Do you have any barriers to finding a healthy meal everyday?

What are your unique needs?

If you are a small business – a restaurant or caterer – who would like to partner with the county to meet the needs of our community and help them get a nutritious meal – speak up.

You can make a difference. Go to the Forum. Participate in your future.
