TM is a simple mantra meditation that takes our mind to the depths of silence deep within us, which enables us to experience Atma – sat, chit, and ananda. 

 COURSES 

1. In-residence – one or six months or a lifetime in Maharishi Bliss Residency, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. It is a 5-star 100-room facility, in safe surroundings. You will be initiated into TM upon arrival if you have not learned Transcendental Meditation yet. 

2. Global online courses * Bhagavad Gita study *Ayurveda including prevention of illness, Vedic dincharya, etc.   * Yoga asanas   * Learn Bhagavad Gita and Vishnu Sahasranama chanting   * Learn Samskritam, etc.

 WHO can join :

* IN-RESIDENCE program – *Single women * Mothers and grandmothers can bring their daughters and granddaughters to be in bliss and harmony together. *College and high school graduates can spend a gap year unfolding their full potential of consciousness as a foundation for their future success and happiness. 

* Online courses – anyone can join – married or single, meditator or non-meditator.
 
Fee: In-residence courses – $500/month.  Sponsorship is available for women in need. 

         Online courses – Bhagavad Gita study is free. Reasonable charge for other courses.
