Stress, fear and insecurity are rampant in today’s society. They often manifest themselves through physical and mental maladies. This eight-day intensive program is open to people over the age of 15 and over. The program involves simple postures with focused breathing and meditation. This form of Yoga doesn’t require physical agility or any previous knowledge or experience of Yoga.
