Indian Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra visited Washington D.C. from April 12 to 14, as part of continuing efforts to consolidate strategic partnerships between the United States and India.
On this trip, he met with several government officials including his State Department counterparts, Deputy Secretaries Richard Verma and Kurt Campbell. He also had discussions with officials from the National Security Council, Department of Defense, Department of Commerce and Department of Energy. Finally, he also had meetings with leading think-tanks and chambers of commerce while on the trip.
