Inspired by the Delhi hotel of the same name, Taj Mahal is the Bay Area’s newest Indian fine dining restaurant, opening its doors at Republic Square in Livermore on Friday, October 27. Through its emphasis on authentic North and South Indian flavors, impeccable service and rich ambience, the restaurant hopes to deliver an elevated Indian dining experience to patrons. The menu boasts of an array of dishes – including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options – from all over India, prepared using fresh local produce.
The grand opening of the restaurant will take place tomorrow 5 p.m. onwards and guests will be able to choose from a buffet of the restaurant’s signature dishes. The opening will also feature live music and performances by Bay Area performers Rohit Saini and Shraddha Pathak.
