The digital premiere of a superhero film called HanuMan on ZEE5 Global was the platform’s second biggest Telugu language movie premiere to date. After a successful theatrical run in India, the film premiered on ZEE5 Global on March 16 and has since accounted for 60% of the platform’s subscriptions.
Prasanth Verma directs the film and stars Teja Sajja in the lead, playing a superhero from the fictional village of Anjanadri. Catch HanuMan on Zee5 Global’s streaming platform here.
