Nritya Samvaad – Conversations Through Dance

Shambhavi’s International School of Kathak is excited to invite you to a mesmerizing evening of dance and celebration to honor the legendary Kathak artist, Pandita Maneesha Sathe, on her 70th birthday. Together with her talented daughter-disciple, Shambhavi Dandekar, Maneesha ji will present ‘Nritya Samvaad – Conversations Through Dance’.

Proceeds from the event will go towards Maneesha Nrityalaya Scholarship Fund to support underprivileged dance students from rural parts of India, who aspire to take up Kathak dance as their career.

On this momentous occasion, Pandita Maneesha Sathe will be joined by her daughter-disciple, Shambhavi Dandekar, an accomplished Kathak performer in her own right. Together, they will present a spellbinding duet performance, showcasing their deep bond and the unique artistic dialogue that exists between a guru and her disciple, a mother, and a daughter!
