Mahasivaratri Dance Celebration

We invite you to join us for our 24th Mahasivaratri Dance Celebration on Wednesday, February 26th, 2025, between 6:30-9pm,  at Urban Sanctuary San Jose (https://urbansanctuarysj.org/ ), a beautiful church in downtown San Jose at 80S, 5th Street, San Jose, CA 95112. Please plan to attend the Whole event and allow time for traffic and parking.  We recommend parking at the 4th Street Garage.

Mahasivaratri is the one auspicious night when Lord Shiva is so close to us energetically and available if we simply reach out to Him.  Lord Shiva is the Lord of Dance (as Nataraja)  and Yoga, the imparter of knowledge (as Dakshinamurthy), the substratum of the Universe (Shiva Tattva), the divinity that lies within each of us.  We will be celebrating with an Offering of Classical Indian Dances from our Bay Area community.
