Community Meditation Series

Myndtree’s next 3-week Community Meditation Series begins this coming Monday, June 1st.
If you are looking to begin or deepen a meditation practice with the support of others, you’ll find a warm and welcoming community here. These half-hour sessions are designed to help you feel more grounded and present throughout your day. The guided meditations are rooted in secular mindfulness teachings, and no prior experience is needed.
Each session follows the same simple format:
- A short 10-minute teaching to introduce the theme
- A 20-minute guided meditation
Sessions are live on Zoom, and a daily recording is shared so you can meditate at your own convenience if you can’t attend live.
- Dates: June 1 to 19, 2026 (3 weeks, 15 sessions)
- Time: Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 8:00 AM Pacific Time
- Suggested Offering: $50 for the full series. Pay what you can, or join for free.
