Project New Citizen is a group of local community organizations that work with the Santa Clara County’s Office of Immigrant Relations to provide FREE immigration services to support you and the local immigrant community. We will provide you with FREE citizenship application assistance, immigration consultation, and referrals to local ESL and citizenship classes.
