Cultivating Gratitude and Forgiveness in the Practice of Asana
Join us for a full day practice of Forgiveness Asanas. A special series of poses created by master yogi Baba Hari Dass, the Forgiveness Asanas weave together breath, postures, chanting in Sanskrit, inspirational readings, and music to release negativity and cultivate positive qualities.
- The morning session will explore the theory, history, and preparation for the series
- The afternoon session will focus on active participation in the Forgiveness Asana series, ending with a Shavasana meditation (prone relaxation meditation)
- Live music and chanting will be incorporated throughout the afternoon practice
- Evening Arati (devotional service offered to one’s chosen ideal of the Divine) will be open to all who wish to stay and visit the Temple
