Yash Talreja, a native of Delhi, India, holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from U.C. Davis and a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. As a first generation immigrant from India, his strength lies in understanding the unique needs, aspirations, hopes and fears of the SF Bay Area’s vibrant immigrant community. He helps them invest without taking undue risk.

Yash started his career with Oracle Corporation, rising quickly to upper management roles. He served as a Vice President at PeopleSoft, moving on to hold leadership roles at Televoke Inc., Amazon and others. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Talreja founded, led, and served as a board member of many start-ups in the social networking and e-commerce arena. His analytic background helps him analyze market trends, evaluate various investment choices and construct a portfolio that helps best meet his client’s goals.
Yash’s team focuses on impact investing, helping clients drive environmental and social progress and equality for women through their investments while creating competitive returns. He currently lives in Fremont with his wife and two daughters.
