QBurst, a global digital engineering services provider, announced the appointment of Arun Kumar Ramchandran (“Rak”) as its new Chief Executive Officer. This leadership change comes after Multiples Alternate Asset Management (Multiples) acquired a controlling stake in QBurst with an investment of approximately USD 200 million.

Rak brings 25 years of experience in technology-driven digital transformation and consulting to QBurst. He has a track record of building and growing businesses in diverse market conditions, serving clients ranging from startups to established enterprises across various industries. 

Rak joins QBurst from Hexaware Technologies, where he served as the Global Business Unit Head for the High Tech and Professional Services Vertical. Before Hexaware, Rak held leadership roles at Capgemini and Infosys.

Rak will be based out of Palo Alto, California.
