Society for Asian Art 2024 Annual Book Sale

Thousands of books – including collectors items – will be available
at bargain prices at the Annual Book Sale in the Asian Art Museum
Loggia. This year’s special 4-day event includes a Thursday night
when the Museum remains open until 8 PM, and a Free First
Sunday, when admission is free for all.
Among this year’s rarities is a large collection of books on Southeast
Asian Buddhist art & culture, including rare books by Emma C. Bunker
on Cambodia, as well as a collection of albums of Indian miniature
paintings. You will discover selections on Asian art, history, literature,
culture, religion, and much more. Textiles, jewelry and travel
enthusiasts will have much to select from.
Your book purchase will benefit the Asian Art Museum’s C. Laan Chun
Library, one of the most comprehensive research libraries on Asian
art & culture in the country.
