Noorani Dance Company (NDC) is inviting experienced Kathak dancers to audition us for the 2024-25 performance season in the Bay Area, and on tour!
Under the artistic direction of Farah Yasmeen Shaikh, NDC engages in traditional and innovative Kathak repertoire and performances, and collaborative projects across other forms of performing arts.
Requirements:
– 2+ years of Kathak performance experience
– 5+ years of Kathak training
– Attend weekly rehearsals on Wednesday evenings in Menlo Park or Fremont
– Additional rehearsals as needed
This is a paid opportunity of $18-$22/hour for rehearsals and performances.
