The performance represents their commitment to continuing the legacy of Kathak by further propagating the dance form in the Bay Area. \nAcclaimed guest artists from India will be accompanying the dancers with live music: Utpal Ghoshal on tabla\, Chandrachur Bhattacharjee on sitar\, and Arindam Bhattacharyya on vocals. They will be joined by accomplished artists from the U.S. — Asim Mehta\, from the Bay Area\, on keyboard; and from New York\, Rohan Mishra\, son of the late Pt. Ramesh Mishraji\, on sarangi.
