We want to bring the community together at the OC Great Park and have them explore Indian culture through food\, access to products and services\, community interaction and artistic and cultural performances. Fitting centerpiece for this festival will be a ‘Lamp Lighting Ceremony’ when we will have everyone including City officials participating by lighting a ‘diya’ (lamp) – symbolic of lighting up their life by new knowledge and experiences. DESCRIPTION:Ektaa Center (www.ektaacenter.org)\, in partnership with the City of Irvine and support of local businesses\, cultural groups\, community leaders\, and volunteers\, is organizing its 10th anniversary annual Diwali celebration\, ‘Diwali Fest 2024’\, on Saturday\, October 26\, 2024 from 1pm to 9pm at Great Park Live venue in Irvine.  Last year’s event was attended by over 5000 guests from Irvine and surrounding cities in the County. Lexus are their main sponsor and Ektaa Center is a not-for-profit organization that is committed to create an awareness and understanding of the arts and cultures of India\, to help build better communities in Southern California. \n\n\n	Related
