ODOS CEO and Founder Lisa Riley is starting the dialog regarding limited information preparing diverse female entrepreneurs 40 plus years of age for the new digital age and market place. Services and information are decentralized and challenging to obtain for underserved African American, Latina, and Asian Women of Color to help scale or create new businesses.  An informative day includes local community Leaders, panelists, and speakers, such as Milan Balinton, Director African American Community Service Agency San Jose as Master of Ceremony, Councilwoman Magdalena Carrascas, City of San Jose district 5, Poetess Kalamu Chache, Laureate Poet of East Palo Alto, Rich Tran, Mayor City of Milpitas CA, Rev.
