DESCRIPTION:Veterans Yoga Project is a national nonprofit organization\, with a mission to support recovery and resilience among our veterans\, military families\, and communities. VYP is committed to providing yoga services\, tools and training in Safer\, Predictable\, and Controlled environments (SPaCe). Veterans attending in-person VYP classes report on average a 47% reduction in pain and a 57% reduction in stress. Online class participants report 53% less pain and 66% less stress per encounter. \n\nOur walkathon is a fundraising event designed for the whole family and is stroller and wheelchair friendly.
