Amit also studied nylon string guitar from Stanford professor Charles Fergusson. \nIn 2014\, Amit embarked on a new musical journey by studying the Sarod under the tutelage of two great masters – Shri Bruce Hamm\, a disciple of the revered Ustad Ali Akbar Khan\, and Shri Abhisek Lahiri\, a disciple of the renowned Shri Alok Lahiri. The Sarod’s unique tone and versatility captivated Amit\, and he has been passionately exploring the instrument’s intricacies ever since. \nAmit’s performances are characterized by his masterful command of rhythm\, his deep emotional connection to the music\, and his ability to evoke the essence of traditional ragas. In 2011\, she came under the guidance of Guru Abhoy Pal of Kalamandalam style. Oindrila’s dance reflects the cumulative richness of her learning experience.\nShe teaches dance in India and has been touring in Europe since 2011. Recently\, she received the Chairman’s Award at the International Multicultural Dance and Music Festival in Pune\, India. In 2021\, she received “The Best Bharatanatyam Dancer” award from Lion’s Club Chennai.
