DESCRIPTION:Greetings from Embassy of India\, Washington. DC! \nUnited Nations General Assembly (UNGA) has proclaimed 21 December as ‘World Meditation Day’ on 7 December 2024. The date was chosen to coincide with the winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere\, which symbolizes introspection and inner calm. \n2.     To mark the occasion\, the Heartfulness Institute and Shri Ram Chandra Mission would be organizing a unified global online meditation session on Sunday 21 December 2025 at 0930 hours EST\, on the occasion of World Meditation Day. The meditation session will be led by Rev. Daaji (Kamlesh D.Patel)\, Global Guide of Heartfulness and the event will be live streamed on You Tube. \n3.     Those who are interested may register at https://hfn.link/meditation and join the session on 21 December at https://hfn.link/21dec \n
